At Steadii, our mission is to empower caregivers with the support, guidance, and resources they need to navigate their caregiving journey—whether they are caring for a loved one or coping with loss.

What You Can Look Forward to…
Current 1:1 coaching programs are typically scheduled weekly or every other week, for a few months at a time. This commitment allows you to capitalize on your self-investment. Each session will last between 60-90 minutes, though I do always recommend carving out some extra time for yourself around the sessions, if possible.
Fees are based on a sliding scale and range from $75-135 per session. Payment plan options are available - just ask!
